This form of yoga is about conscious movement, mindful stillness, and connected breathing. It empowers us to honor the space we move through internally, thoughts, ideas, emotions, and feelings, while simultaneously honoring the external space around us.
This flow assists us in aligning with our creativity, deepening our understanding that stress, fear, anger, and frustration can be diminished through genuine connection to the life that greets us each day. Ba is the soul, Akasha is the space within which all things dwell. Both of these accompany us through this experience of life.
