Jaime Hockett, RYT200

Hey all! My name is Jaime.

Yoga came into my life when I wasn’t looking for something that I so desperately needed. I began my journey towards becoming a RYT in 2016 after my first pregnancy.

I got my 230hr RYT certification through Yoga Center of Minneapolis. I now have two wonderful, crazy, beautiful kids and truly enjoy teaching and helping others to find their breath, let go of whatever it is they no longer need and deepen their yoga practice on and off of the mat.
