Jeffon completed his RYT200 through Transitions Yoga.

Yoga, mindfulness, and meditation are practices that not only heal our lives but can heal our world.
For Jeffon Seely, it began with meditation and mindfulness over 10 years ago. Slowly learning how to quiet the mind and reconnect with the present moment. This pathway led him towards finding his voice, sharing his message and reminding people of their ability to transform their lives for the better.
Soon Jeffon realized there was an important piece missing in his practice, movement. Yoga was the next step. As his yoga practice developed, the connection between the mind-body strengthened and he was encouraged to take the steps necessary to become an instructor.  

The core focus of Jeffon’s class is Mindful Movement. Building the bridge between the mind, body, and spirit. His goal is to empower students to connect to the peace within them. In addition to this mindful movement, classes are used to still the mind and enter into a meditative state which allows students to carry that peace with them throughout their day.
Jeffon firmly believes that world peace is impossible without inner peace. By taking some time to still the mind, connect with the breath, and embrace mindful movement through yoga, it not only creates that inner peace within but empowers you to do your part to transform our world.
